K2 WAS AWARDED THE ENFORCEMENT JUDGEMENT

I'll post the ruling over the weekend or Monday when I have access to a computer. K2 filed their supplemental declaration yesterday against NTEK, the hearing was today and the judge ruled summarily in the plaintiff's favor (K2 Communications) on all counts. It is over. K2 is now insuring that all soon to be seized assets of NTEK are California based as to leapfrog Long Side Ventures (a Florida-based entity) in obtaining their due monies owed.
